Meet Our Team

Minerva is our Marketing Development Manager. She oversees marketing and advertising for the SERVPRO Team Fabiani Franchises in Southern NJ.

She is active in her community and serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Bridgeton Area Chamber of Commerce and Co-chair of their Hispanic Business Committee. She is a Board Member and Public Relations Committee member for Gateway Community Action Partnership and is a member of the Partnerships and Recognition Committee for the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce. Minerva also serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Salvation Army Vineland Corps.

Minerva is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling, cooking, paper crafting, and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Vineland.

Harold joined the SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in 2017 as a Business Development Representative.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, Harold was employed for a mold remediation and water proofing company, worked in the Telecom Industry for twelve years both as a sales consultant and sales supervisor, operated and owned a small town newspaper for five years and managed a portrait and social event studio for 16 years.

Harold is active with the Chambers of Commerce for Cape May County, Lower Township, Greater Wildwood, and Ocean City. Currently, Harold resides in Little Egg Harbor with his wife, Diane.

Daniel has been with this SERVPRO team for over five years. He has worked in the cleaning and restoration industry for 10 years. Dan also helps to coordinate crews to assist our franchises in Atlantic City and Voorhees. As a recent new-home owner, Dan enjoys doing home-improvement projects in his Cumberland County home.

Rogerio is a Crew Chief and has been with SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties for over 10 years. Rogerio pays attention to the details and our production technicians enjoy working with him. Our customers love him, too! Rogerio is fluent in Spanish and when he isn't working in the field, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Randy is a Reconstruction Manager. He started with SERVPRO about 5 years ago as an Assistant Reconstruction Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of the rebuild process, which is the reconstruction after any damage is repaired. Randy is a veteran, having served in the United States Army. He lives in Vineland and enjoys travelling and watching sports.
