I can't say enough about Ame and Bob.  True professionals, very friendly and kind.

In the throes of all of this horrible Covid-19 isolation we had the misfortune of experiencing a plugged septic line resulting in significant damage to the main floor of our home along with some treasured possessions ruined in the basement below. We were pleasantly shocked at how quickly Jum and his team arrived and took control of the situation. Jum guided us through the process of how he would work with the insurance company, taking extensive photos and records of all that was damaged. Being a recent widow and never having experienced anything like this in our forty years of marriage, I was feeling completely overwhelmed, as were my daughter and son-in-law. The calm competency of this team eased our anxiety along with their thoughtful explanations of everything they were doing.   

From our initial contact with Samantha in the office through the completion of the job, every team member we came in contact with, Jum, Josh, Eddie, Sandy and several others whose names I can not recall, were professional, respectful, careful and kind. We were in awe of how quickly and efficiently everyone completed their tasks and how proficiently Jum managed his team.   

I simply needed to say Thank You for such an outstanding response and a job well done!!   We would be honored to recommend SERVPRO, especially this team from your Derry/Londonderry office.
