Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

The sewer backed up into our basement. With sewage in our furnace and shop area and the basement bath and part of the carpeted area adjacent to the bath. I called a plumbing contractor to clean the sewer line. I called SERVPRO and a team of them came to our house. They were extremely professional, they started cleaning up the mess right away.
