Can’t say enough good things about Servpro. Mikey and his team were great to work with.
Mike and team were super helpful and reliable. Saved the day! Thanks again
SERVPRO of Lincoln provided an exceptional level of service during a very stressful time when our basement flooded due to heavy rainfall. Their team responded far more quickly than expected and was able to arrive well before any other restoration company in the Lincoln area. From start to finish, every member of their team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the restoration process, which helped ease our concerns during a difficult situation. Trish, in particular, went above and beyond with her kindness and empathy, offering comfort when I was feeling overwhelmed by the extent of the damage. The team also worked diligently with our insurance company, making the process as seamless as possible. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Lincoln to anyone facing the unfortunate challenge of water damage or flooding.
Mike and the team are always available to provide expert guidance and service. They make a difficult situation easy.
Just wanted to thank Mikey and the team from Servpro after dealing with some flood damage they made the process simple and quickly help remedy the situation. Highly recommend utilizing them for any restoration needs! Thanks Mikey!
I highly recommend getting cleaning services from SERVPRO-Lincoln. Trish and Angelo were assigned to help with a horror basement bathroom flood that happened during the Labor Day holiday. Trish not only responded to my call in a timely manner, her caring and professional demeanor made me feel that the situation was controlled. Overall, they did an outstanding job from transforming a biohazard area into a sparkly clean basement. Also, Trish thoroughly explained the costs and steps they took. Lastly, they were very patient and gracious to my curious and loud Goldendoodle. I do appreciate all the hard work they invested. Thank you, Ruth.
Trish, Jay, and Angelo were professional and friendly. They took extra care in doing a thorough job, and completed all tasks in a very reasonable time, including removal of debris. If need exists, I will use this service again.
Complete restoration of the bottom floor and top floor. Thank you, Chad Landretti and crew.
