She’s a bright light in the darkness, with a heart of gold, a hug that makes everything feel a little easier, and an ear that truly listens. When Trish says she’s there for you, she MEANS it. She doesn’t just say it, she lives it. She’s pure gold, and I’m forever grateful for her being my go-to. Jay, thank you for the heavy lifting and delivering my water heater when it wouldn’t fit in my car! 🥴 You were so helpful and your personality is top tier! I highly recommend getting cleaning services from SERVPRO-Lincoln. Trish and Angelo were assigned to help with a horror basement bathroom flood that happened during the Labor Day holiday. Trish not only responded to my call in a timely manner, her caring and professional demeanor made me feel that the situation was controlled. Overall, they did an outstanding job from transforming a biohazard area into a sparkly clean basement. Also, Trish thoroughly explained the costs and steps they took.
