Meet Our Team

Wendy is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Minot and Bismarck. She has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. She manages office, production, and marketing/sales staff as well as ensuring that the customers needs are being met on all jobs. She is charged with creating a long term vision for the company. Customer satisfaction is very important to Wendy and she strives for SERVPRO to give 5 Star Service.

Sheree is our Office Manager. She likes taking motorcycle trips with her husband and enjoys the Minot community. Her daily tasks include managing Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, HR, and helping to manage our Reconstruction accounts.

Philip is our Reconstruction Department Manager. His daily tasks are creating estimates, ordering materials, and scheduling reconstruction projects. Phil loves playing with his grandchildren and fishing. He enjoys managing projects that always have something different or new to keep things challenging and rewarding.

Brandi is one of our Administrative Assistants and is in charge of handling Production and Mitigation operations. She is based out of our Minot office

Her daily tasks include estimating, coordinating with property owners and insurance professionals, accounts billing, and coordinating mitigation crews.

Katie is the Sales and Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Bismarck and Mandan. Katie has over a decade of experience in Sales and Marketing and is focused on building relationships and the SERVPRO brand in the Bismarck Mandan area. When she is buzzing around in her green SERVPRO car making visits, she is enjoying running her 2 children to their sports and school activities and working with her husband on their ranch.

Mike Baesch is the Reconstruction Supervisor for the Bismarck SERVPRO. Mike has many years of experience in the construction industry and prides himself on taking great care of the customer. He supervises reconstruction crews but is also not afraid to strap on his tool belt and do hands on work when needed. Mike is an important part of our SERVPRO team in Bismarck and Mandan.

Ashley is an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Minot. Ashley has several years of experience in office management and has jumped right in on the mitigation industry. She has a strong passion for taking care of customers and always makes sure their needs are met. In her spare time Ashley loves the outdoors and working on projects with her husband.

Lindsey is an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Minot and Bismarck. Lindsey works with customers on both the mitigation and reconstruction process and prides herself on being very detail oriented. In her free time Lindsey loves camping and going to rodeos.

Matt is a Assistant Project Manager at SERVPRO of Bismarck. Matt has a passion for taking care of customers and making sure they get the best possible service. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends and being in the outdoors.

Micah is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Bismarck. He has his Water Damage Restoration Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification Institute (IICRC).

Micah has a great go get it done attitude and takes care of customers with 5 star service from beginning of job to end of job.

When he is not at work Micah likes to spend his time gaming with friends.

Brock DeCoteau is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Bismarck. Parker has been dedicated to learning and growing in the mitigation industry. His main area of focus has been learning from the team and implementing that knowledge to help our customers. Taking care of the customer and providing the quickest and best service is his number one goal.
