Meet Our Team

Since 2018, Mason has quickly learned and helped with nearly all branches of our business. He currently resides as our Senior Estimator, overseeing all other mitigation estimates in our territories. Born at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC before moving to Louisiana, and then back to Washington, NC, Mason has traveled much in his years and loves it! As such, he enjoys the opportunities that come with his position to travel and estimate jobs. He attended early college and graduated from BCCC with two Associates degrees: one in Science, and one in Arts. Mason is also one of our most certified personnel, having a level 3 Xactimate certification, several IICRC certifications including Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation, as well as a host of OSHA certifications, like OSHA 10 & 30-hour training, Asbestos, Hazardous Labeling and more!

Our crew is built on experience, dedication, and a commitment to doing things the right way. From handling water and fire damage to restoring contents and structures, every team member plays a key role in helping people recover from difficult situations. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, our crew works together to ensure every job is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Justin is a Production Technician and one of most senior field team members. With years of hands-on experience, he has responded to a wide range of restoration scenarios and consistently brings a calm, knowledgeable presence to the job. He holds a Water Damage Restoration certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed.

Outside of work, Justin is an animal lover and enjoys caring for his saltwater fish tank. His attention to detail carries over into his hobbies, making him just as dedicated at home as he is on the job.

Jeff is one of our most experienced technicians, with over a decade in the restoration industry. He specializes in large-scale disaster recovery and is often deployed to support major restoration efforts across the country. Jeff holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) from the IICRC, and brings leadership, technical expertise, and steady professionalism to every job.

Outside of work, Jeff is a passionate foodie. From smoking meats to exploring global cuisine, he’s always experimenting with something new in the kitchen.

John is a Production Technician and a dependable part of our restoration team. He approaches each job with a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to support both the crew and the customer. Whether assisting with water, fire, or mold-related damage, John plays an important role in making sure each job is handled with care and professionalism.

Brennan serves as our Production Manager and plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day field operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand in fast-moving situations, he ensures that every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards. Brennan holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS). He works closely with both technicians and customers to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Brennan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time working on his vehicles and boats.

Jordan is a Production Technician who brings reliability and a strong team mindset to every job. He supports a wide range of restoration tasks, from water extraction and structural drying to fire and mold cleanup. With a commitment to doing things the right way, Jordan plays an important role in delivering the high level of service our customers expect.

Trent is a Production Technician known for his steady work ethic and focus on quality. He assists in all phases of the restoration process, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and with care. Whether it’s a water loss, fire cleanup, or mold remediation, Trent works hard to support the team and help customers get their property back to normal.

Mariela is one of our Contents Cleaning Specialists and plays a key role in restoring personal belongings affected by fire, water, and mold damage. With careful attention to detail, she helps ensure that valued items are cleaned, inventoried, and returned in the best condition possible. Her work often bridges the gap between damage and recovery, making a meaningful difference in the customer experience.
