My washing machine sensor that tells it when to stop filling stopped working. Within four hors of the disaster, SERVPRO of South Charlotte was at my house with fans and dehumidifiers. Within 24 hours they were back to pull the flooring because water had gotten underneath it. They promised completion in 7 weeks and they delivered with flying colors. The entire staff, from the office, to the people in the field, and their subcontractors were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Led by Erin, the SERVPRO team was incredibly hard working and did a fantastic job of addressing the issues and drying out the impacted areas. They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire operation. Erin was great at communicating with my adjuster and providing me with regular updates. I hope I never need to use them again, but to anyone that has been impacted by water or other damage to their home, I can highly recommend SERVPRO.

SERVPRO services were extraordinarily helpful when we discovered a leak in our kitchen. So helpful to take up the damaged flooring and making sure we were completely dry before installing our new floors.
