Cliff Lester
Owner & Operator

Cliff Lester is the proud Owner and Operator of SERVPRO of Rockingham County, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry. His leadership, technical knowledge, and genuine heart for service have helped shape a dependable team that’s ready to respond when disaster strikes.

A lifelong resident of Rockingham County, Cliff has deep ties to the community. He lives in Stoneville, NC with his wife, Jodi. Their three children—Carmen, “Little” Cliff, and Danni—are all proud graduates of UNC Wilmington. Before opening SERVPRO of Rockingham County, Cliff owned and operated “Cliff’s Place,” a beloved local restaurant in Eden, carrying on a family tradition that began with his grandfather in the 1950s.

Cliff holds several IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Applied Microbial Remediation. He is also Lead Safety & Renovation certified. His extensive training ensures every project is completed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Outside of work, Cliff enjoys time with his family, tackling home improvement projects, and shag dancing with Jodi. His passion for people and dedication to quality continue to move SERVPRO of Rockingham County forward—one restoration at a time.

Oscar Gonzalez

Production Crew Chief

Oscar Gonzalez has been a trusted leader at SERVPRO of Rockingham County for more than 13 years, serving as our Production Crew Chief with unwavering dedication and heart. Throughout his tenure, Oscar has become known not only for his deep expertise in mitigation and restoration, but for the calm, compassionate presence he brings to every loss.

Oscar understands that behind every water, fire, or storm damage job is a family or business facing one of their most stressful moments. He approaches each project with genuine care, patience, and respect—treating every property as if it were his own. His ability to combine technical excellence with human compassion is what sets him apart.

Highly skilled in all aspects of mitigation and restoration, Oscar leads by example, ensuring jobs are done right, safely, and efficiently—often going above and beyond expectations to make sure customers feel supported every step of the way. His commitment doesn’t stop at the jobsite; Oscar takes pride in serving our community and helping neighbors recover when they need it most.

Business Development Manager

We’re thrilled to have Cliff Lester leading the way as our Business Development Manager here at SERVPRO of Rockingham County! Cliff is the second generation of our SERVPRO family. He earned his degree in Sales and Leadership from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington after graduating from McMichael High School. His strong foundation in relationship-building and strategic thinking helps us grow meaningful connections with clients and partners across the region. Cliff has acquired IICRC Certifications for Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation, allowing him to manage projects for our customers.

Now living in Greensboro, NC, Cliff brings enthusiasm, integrity, and a genuine love for people to every conversation—whether he’s working with an insurance agent, a homeowner, or a local business. With a background in both football and basketball, Cliff understands the power of teamwork and hustle, which he brings to everything he does. When he’s not on the job, you can find him unwinding with his guitar, sharing music as another way to connect with the world around him.

Jodi Lester

Business Development Director

Jodi Lester is the Business Development Director at SERVPRO of Rockingham County, where she combines her passion for people and commitment to community to help lead and grow the family business. Married to Owner and Operator Cliff Lester, the two work side by side to bring quality, compassionate restoration services to homes and businesses across the region.

Jodi and Cliff live in Stoneville, NC, and are the proud parents of three children—Carmen, “Little” Cliff, and Danni—all graduates of UNC Wilmington. As a lifelong Rockingham County resident, Jodi brings both personal investment and professional heart to every relationship she builds.

Her strong ties to the community are reflected in her active roles with the Reidsville Chamber of Commerce, Eden Chamber of Commerce, and Western Rockingham Chamber of Commerce, where she connects with local business leaders and supports economic growth. She also serves on the Board of Directors for UNC Rockingham Hospital and the Rockingham Community College Foundation, helping shape the future of healthcare and education in the county.

Known for her warmth, collaborative spirit, and authentic approach, Jodi is a connector, a cheerleader, and a trusted resource. She is passionate about building strong relationships and creating lasting impact—one handshake, conversation, and partnership at a time.

Christ Lester

Operations Manager

Chris Lester brings a well-rounded background and a strong sense of purpose to his role as Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Rockingham County. Raised in Rockingham County and now residing in Stuart, Virginia, Chris maintains close ties to the communities we serve while holding an active real estate broker license in Virginia.

His experience in real estate has given him a deep understanding of property condition, construction quality, timelines, and the importance of proper restoration in protecting both short- and long-term property value. This knowledge allows Chris to approach each project with a practical, informed perspective—bridging restoration, reconstruction, and real-world property needs.

As the brother of owner Cliff Lester, Chris embodies the values that define SERVPRO of Rockingham County: family, integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping people through difficult moments. Ours is a family-owned and operated business, and that sense of responsibility carries through every decision we make.

With a natural eye for design and strong attention to detail, Chris is a trusted guide for homeowners and business owners navigating the restoration and rebuilding process. He understands that true restoration goes beyond repairing damage—it’s about restoring confidence, comfort, and peace of mind.

Hunter Bryan

Production Technician

Hunter Bryan serves as a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Rockingham County, where he plays a hands-on role in helping homeowners and business owners recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

Hunter is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever he’s needed. From mitigation and drying to job-site support and equipment monitoring, he understands that every step of the restoration process matters. He understands families and business owners are counting on us during some of their most stressful moments.

What sets Hunter apart is his commitment to learning and growth.
