Lightning struck our 4-story home and created a fire as it traveled through the interior wiring. The walls, carpets and floors were waterlogged and there was soot and a strong odor throughout the house. In addition to providing top-notch clean-up and restoration, the SERVPRO of Lee & South Chatham Counties team documented damaged items and gave me expert advice as I dealt with the aftermath of the fire.
We initiated a phone call to them for Large Branch that had penetrated our Roof and water was entering our finished area of the Home . Today when situations arise we rarely see "such a concerned response by a Vendor", in our case Luke Starritt owner & one of his employees were on site in 90 minutes accessed , & returned 2 hours later , scale our roof , tarped spot, vent area resealed, and further advised the Roofer would be onsite in 24 hours to effect complete repair. WOW! This Franchisee is an 11+.
I would love to thank Luke, Ryan, and Vincent for all their efforts to settle this claim and putting everything back in place, plus. It was a difficult claim to handle because of the timing (many other claims at the same time, the time of year-winter) and trying to keep the insurance office running while the storm damage was being repaired.
