Randy has been in management and sales for 30 years and enjoys helping people. In his free time, Randy has coached numerous sports, been involved in the FCA, competed in golf long drive on the national tour, and loves to spend time with his family.

Nikki is our Office Manager for SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties and SERVPRO of Union County. She has been in office management for numerous years before joining our team and is responsible for the day to day operations of our office staff. She coordinates between the Mitigation, Repair and Sales Department to ensure our customers' damage is remediated, repaired, and collected in a timely manner. Nikki communicates daily with insurance providers and home or business owners to ensure smooth job satisfaction.

Oger is the Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties, as well as SERVPRO of Union County. Oger has been with SERVPRO since 2013 and we can always count on him to do a thorough job! He started with our company as a technician and has grown through the ranks to Crew Chief, Estimator, Assistant Production Manager, and he now is in charge of all Mitigation jobs. He is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration and understands the complexity of drying a residential or commercial structure. Regardless of the type of loss, Oger has experience in the actual clean up, estimating, and managing aspects of your job!

Ashley is our Job File Coordinator for the Mitigation Team, as well as the Compliance Coordinator for National Accounts. She is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration and has been with us since Fall of 2018. Ashley holds her Accounting and Business Administration degrees and is dedicated to excellence. She is a cheery, friendly voice on the phone and enjoys assisting our customers through their mitigation process.

I own a local house but live out of state. That made good communication and fast response imperative. SERVPRO of Anson was not only quick to respond, but super friendly help to put my fears at ease. They were fast but thorough, and very reasonable, when the scope of the job changed mid-way by my choice. Edmond and Nelson were very helpful in fogging out HVAC system, the process only took 15 minutes. Edmond was very knowledgeable about this trade and offered good advice.
