We had a great experience with the team at Servpro during what was a very frustrating and stressful situation in our home. From start to finish, everyone was prompt, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. Micah, Jimi, and Arthur were all fantastic. Jimi especially did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the entire process and keeping us informed every step of the way. Arthur and Micah also did wonderful and took great care while working in our home. We truly appreciated how professional, respectful, and caring the entire crew was. They made a difficult process much easier for us, and we felt that our home was in good hands the entire time. We would absolutely recommend this team to anyone needing mitigation services!

We had our toilet overflow in our second floor bathroom that did extensive water damage to our bathroom, spare bedroom and laundry room. The water also ruined all the sheet rock and insulation in our 3 car garage. We called and left a message with SERPRO about 5:00 am and they had a recovery team at our home by 9:30 am. The response time and services we received were frankly unbelievably superior. They were courteous and respectful and professional. In the eight weeks of recovery time we were always kept informed of times frames, damage issues and insurance coverages. We had multiple staff working on our restoration and never had a single issue with their performance. Unfortunately we did not record everyone’s name so that they could share in our appreciation of such an excellent job. We did record names of Gage, Jack and Dustin. Everyone was a class act representative for SERVPRO. This week, in conversation with a friend, I recommended SERVPRO for remediation issues they were experiencing . I would heartily recommend SERVPRO to anyone regarding their professional services. Outstanding and exceptional service professionals.

The team at Servpro is by far the best in Billings, MT! We had a water leak and Steve was at our house within a half hour of our claim to the insurance co. Within minutes he had a whole house full of fans and a crew working, and that was on a Saturday. My whole house had to be packed up and they did an awesome job. They were professional, polite, and sympathetic to our plight! You couldn't ask for better service! Thank you Steve & your crew for helping us navigate this nightmare!

They were prompt and very friendly. Took care of the mold issue, Noticed More mold That had to be taken care of and was unhappy about the results. Contacted Steve And he made it right…asked me what I needed, and he did exactly that! Can’t really ask more from a business than that! Thank you 🙏 also, Asked if they would test around my house with a mold detector in various areas I was concerned about, and this gave me peace of mind.

As a real estate broker, I needed a property deep cleaned prior to listing, and James and his team did an excellent job. James communicated well throughout the entire process, and the team — Montana, Isaac, and Jack — were timely, professional, and willing to work around an unexpected power shut-off. Cannot say enough good things about this whole team. We had a water line break in the middle of the night and they were able to get a crew out here first thing in the morning to get all the floors ripped up and fans drying everything. Jim, Micah, and Ryan have been so incredible to work with - responsive, fast, efficient, attentive, and just overall extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They’ve explained all the work that needs to be done, how they can help, connected us with a contractor they work with for the repairs, and even helped us with insurance. I’m happy to be working with them and highly recommend them to anyone else.
