My basement flooded from extreme rain in Columbus, OH. This team drove from Mississippi to Columbus to service every home here and they could've not been better. They were communicative, efficient and treated my home with care. Nathan, Kirk and Walter were the ones I worked with most. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I had HVAC condensate that leaked through my bar area upstairs through the subfloor and down through the ceiling downstairs. Campbell came and gave me a competitive estimate. Wesley and Ethan were very efficient and effective in lifting up the carpet upstairs, removing the pad, spraying anti microbial solution, cutting the drywall downstairs around the wet studs, removing the insulation, cleaning the area and positioning fans and dehumidifiers to dry the studs. Both took care of my home and also answered any questions I had about the process. Over the weekend Dylan checked on and eventually switched out the fans for even more effective fans. Dylan was prompt and courteous. It was supposed to take three days to fully dry but it actually required four days and the equipment was provided for the additional day at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Campbell and his entire mitigation team at ServPro to anyone having similar water issues.

Wesley and crew did a marvelous job of water damage control, pack out of affected area, and putting everything back when construction was finished, but MAJOR kudos to Mike Smith at the Mid-South Construction branch for a painless and perfect reconstruction of our home. Mike met his crew here for a picky 2 item punch list we made 2 months after the job was finished. They dealt with an incompetent insurance company who we recently replaced. Bravo, guys!

I've had a great experience with the ServPro team! Kirk, Marshall, Dillion, and Ramone are excellent to work with! Very professional and efficient. Preston was on top of the call and had someone out in 90 min. Wesley is great with communicating. We didn't have any experience in this issue, so we're thankful this team is walking us through it!
