Meet Our Team

Tyler Muzzi is the Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Greenville/Cleveland and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Tyler has a strong work ethic and is known for his attention to detail. Tyler is also IICRC WRT Certified. Tyler graduated with a Bachelor's degree at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. Tyler and his wife, Bethany, welcomed a baby boy this July, Ellis Michael Muzzi. Tyler has a stepdaughter, Emma.

Branden Andrews is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Greenville/Cleveland. Branden has been at SERVPRO of Greenville/Cleveland since November 2015.

Brett Jordan, SERVPRO of Greenville/Cleveland's Production Crew Chief is now ECTP Certified.

This program provides a practical and effective method for employee training. Involvement in ECTP will improve employee skills and provide an opportunity for employee recognition. It is the goal of ECTP to help you develop the highest quality front line employees in the industry.

One of SERVPRO of Greenville/Cleveland's Production Technicians, Thomas Thompson, is now ECTP Certified. Thomas has completed all required sections of the Employee Certified Training Program.
