Meet Our Team

Hannah is our Co-Owner/Marketing Coordinator here at SERVPRO^®; of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. She promotes and sells franchise services while gathering content for our social media marketer (also known as our marketing support coordinator). Hannah is known for her photography business, Hannah Hutson Photography. She shoots many categories, but pregnancy and sports are her favorite. She is a mama of 2 sweet little girls and has a special love for her town, Brookhaven MS.

Jonathan is our Reconstruction Manager here at SERVPRO^®; of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. He is responsible for the restoration process and specifies in structural reconstruction to get things back to their pre-damaged state. Jonathan is known for his skill in construction as he's been doing it for 20 years. He's a family man that's happily married with 6 children. He also enjoys golfing and cattle when he has free time.

Shelly is our Office Manager — the heartbeat of our office and a vital part of our crew. As Office Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from coordinating schedules and handling paperwork to making sure our customers receive top-notch service from start to finish. Her organization, dedication, and attention to detail allow our team to focus on what we do best—helping our community recover after disaster strikes.

Shelly is a true hard worker who goes above and beyond every day, and we’re lucky to have her as part of our SERVPRO^®; family. Not only is she a key leader in the office, but she’s also such a dependable and kind person. Our team and customers alike appreciate what she brings every day.

Lauren is our Marketing Support Coordinator (MSC) here at SERVPRO^®; of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. She is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies. She maximizes creative opportunities by designing interesting and relevant content for our social media. While visually communicating what we do, she also maintains search engine optimization to SERVPRO standards, which helps you find us when you need us. Lauren has a Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Belhaven University, with an added interest in traditional art.

Stacy is our Production Technician here at SERVPRO^®; of Brookhaven, McComb & Columbia. When we got off the phone with you, Stacy prepares for dispatch. She particularly serves in Mitigation and Carpet/Upholstery Cleanings onsite and at the warehouse while doing a great job maintaining inventory/warehouse organization. Stacy is known for her philosophy of "see a need, fill a need", as she always does so without any negativity.

Ethan is our Production Technician, specializing in fire, water, and storm restoration. He plays a hands-on role in helping our community recover after unexpected damage, bringing skill, precision, and care to every project. From handling water extraction and structural drying to fire cleanup and storm response, Ethan works hard to ensure each job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

IICRC-certified, Ethan has the knowledge and training to tackle a wide variety of restoration challenges. His hardworking attitude, drive to achieve, and commitment to doing the job right make him a valuable asset to both our customers and our team.
