Established in 2007, our SERVPRO franchise has been in the Phelps County, Mo. community for 12 years.  In 2011 we completed our move into our existing location on Twitty Dr. in Rolla, Mo.  In this location we have the capability to house all of our vehicles, equipment, and have substantial room for cleaning and storage of contents. SERVPRO of Rolla is more prepared than ever to be able to serve our community in times of need.

During the flooding of 2016 that devastated parts of Rolla, Waynesville and Dixion, MO, we were there to help our community recover.  We also served business and homeowners who had pipes freeze during the polar vortex in 2014.  Our on-site technicians and office staff helped the residential and business owners succeed in reopening their doors and getting families back inside their homes promptly.

The first couple of days after the house was flooded we're a bit confusing and communication was not very good. Then the operations manager Chris Wall took over and did an amazing job. He did everything he said he would do he kept in contact he guided us through and I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the way he conducted himself.
