I called Chad on a Friday morning and he said he could come by the same afternoon! Wow that was unexpected. He evaluated the situation and promised to return Monday at 8:30. Monday Chad was at my house with the item to fix the problem and he did not leave until the drawer shut smoothly! I was in awe at his professionalism and his desire to make it perfect so I would never have the problem again!! I had no idea I received the best customer service I have seen in a long time!
