Owners, SERVPRO Team Chestnas Jeff and Sandy Chestnas opened the doors to their first SERVPRO franchise in 2004, combining their unique strengths to build something truly special. Jeff brought years of experience as a public adjuster, and Sandy’s background as a speech pathologist gave her an innate ability to connect with people in difficult moments. Together, their passion for service and excellence created the perfect foundation for success. Over the years, they’ve grown from one location to three thriving franchises—all while remaining proudly independent, locally owned, and deeply committed to their community. Their leadership has shaped the heart of Team Chestnas, where helping others is more than a job—it’s a calling.Jeff is also an active Shriner, further reflecting the couple’s dedication to giving back and making a difference wherever they go.

Office Manager Charmaine has been holding it down since 2014 as our incredible Office Manager. With a special focus in human resources, she’s the go-to for all things people, policies, and problem-solving. Whether she’s onboarding a new hire, tackling a tricky payroll question, or just offering her signature calm wisdom in a chaotic moment, Charmaine is the steady hand and caring heart of Team Chestnas. Her passion for helping others and her natural ability to create solutions make her an irreplaceable part of our SERVPRO family.

Office Administrator-Since joining Team Chestnas in August of 2007, Mary has been the friendly face that greets you at the door and the warm voice on the other end of the phone. As our Office Administrator, she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensures everything is in perfect order behind the scenes. Beyond the front desk, Mary is also the powerhouse behind our annual golf tournament benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children in St. Louis—an event close to our hearts. With her organizational skills, compassionate spirit, and unwavering dedication, Mary truly helps make Team Chestnas feel like home.

Estimator, Bob has been a cornerstone of Team Chestnas since 2005, bringing with him over three decades of restoration experience. With a career that began in 1993, he’s truly seen it all — and then some. His deep knowledge and industry expertise are invaluable assets that keep Team Chestnas running at its best. What drives Bob most is simple: helping others. Whether he’s walking a client through a stressful loss or fine-tuning the details of a job, his steady presence and servant-hearted mindset make a lasting impact on everyone around him.

Job File Coordinator
Started inMay 2025, Heather is one of the newest bright spots on Team Chestnas, stepping into her role as Job File Coordinator with enthusiasm and heart. Though she’s been in the restoration industry for just a year, her attention to detail and positive energy have already made a big impact. What does she enjoy most? The incredible group of people she works with every day. For Heather, it’s the camaraderie and team spirit that make each workday feel meaningful—and a little more fun.

Director of Business Development Joshua Beam joined Team Chestnas in July 2024 as our Director of Business Development, bringing with him 25 years of experience in the restoration industry. With a deep understanding of operations and growth strategy, Joshua thrives on creating efficiencies and building strong reporting systems that help drive our team forward. He is also an active member of the Culture Team, where he helps shape and strengthen the positive, people-first environment that makes Team Chestnas feel like family.

Sales and Marketing- Jan Mullaney is a key member of SERVPRO^®; Team Chestnas, where she plays a vital role in client outreach, service education, and project estimation. With over 15 years of experience at SERVPRO, Jan is known for her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, delivering timely, expert support, and building strong, trust-based relationships within the community. A dedicated community leader, Jan is actively involved in several regional chambers of commerce, including the Fenton Area, Kirkwood/Des Peres, and Southwest Chambers. She has served on numerous committees and boards, contributing her time and leadership—including service on the Board of Directors—to support local business growth and community development. Jan is also a recognized All-Star Partner with CAI Heartland (Community Associations Institute) and currently serves as President of its Board of Directors. Her professional affiliations extend to NAPO St. Louis (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), where she participates in networking and educational events aimed at enhancing professional standards and community engagement.

Project Manager With 15 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, Adam is one of Team Chestnas’ most knowledgeable and dependable leaders. He holds more restoration certifications than anyone we know — a true expert who’s seen it all and handled it with grace. Adam is incredibly by-the-book, and that’s exactly what our clients need in times of stress. His calm, steady presence brings a sense of peace and structure to every job site. Whether he's walking homeowners through the next steps or coordinating with the crew, he does it with professionalism, clarity, and compassion. His passion for making it “Like it never even happened” shows in the details — every job is handled with care, precision, and a heart for service. We’re lucky to have him leading the way.

Reconstruction Job File Coordinator
Since joining Team Chestnas in September 2024, Brandi has brought passion, precision, and positivity to her role as a Reconstruction Job File Coordinator. With 6 years in the restoration industry, she also proudly serves on our Culture Team, helping shape the spirit of our workplace. Brandi’s favorite part of the job? Supporting families as they rebuild their homes and lives, all while working alongside a team she truly loves. Her attention to detail and heart for service make her an invaluable part of every project we complete.

Director of Reconstruction
Since 2018, Robert has been the driving force behind Team Chestnas' reconstruction department. As Director of Reconstruction, his mission is to truly make it “Like it never even happened.” With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Robert ensures every project is completed with precision and care. He also played a major role in the construction of our new facility—proving he’s not just a builder, but a cornerstone of the team. His leadership, experience, and calm-under-pressure mindset make him an invaluable part of our SERVPRO family.

Project Manager AJ Overkamp joined Team Chestnas in January 2020, bringing his natural problem-solving skills and people-first mindset to the restoration world. He began his career in Sales & Marketing, but quickly found his niche in Project Management, especially within the commercial sector. AJ also serves on our Culture Team, where he helps foster a positive and connected workplace environment. With a deep understanding of the industry and a calm, capable approach, AJ’s favorite part of his job is helping people solve problems—making tough situations feel manageable and delivering solutions that restore peace of mind.

Project Manager Josh joined Team Chestnas on September 5, 2019, starting out as a Technician and working his way up to Crew Chief and now Project Manager. With 6 years in the restoration industry under his belt, Josh brings a hands-on, can-do attitude to every job. What he loves most? Helping people and tackling something new every single day. In this field, no two days—or jobs—are ever the same, and that’s exactly how he likes it.

Reconstruction Project Manager
Starting in July 2025, Brett may be new to Team Chestnas, but he’s hit the ground running. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, he’s already made a name for himself as a fast learner with a strong work ethic and an easygoing personality. Brett fits right in with the team and brings great energy to every project he touches. His people skills make him a natural when it comes to working with clients and crew alike—he’s the kind of guy who just gets it. We’re excited to see all the ways he’ll grow in this role!

General manager, I started working in the restoration industry on and off in 2005, and transitioned to full-time in 2015. Over the past 10 years, I’ve built my career in this field, working my way up through several roles. I began as a Water Technician, advanced to Crew Chief, then to Operations Manager, and currently serve as General Manager. From a customer standpoint, I genuinely enjoy helping people find solutions during what is often a very difficult time in their lives. Supporting insured clients through catastrophic events and helping them restore their home or business gives me a strong sense of purpose. I take great pride in educating my customers and guiding them through the insurance process, helping them regain a sense of normalcy. On the team side, what I find most rewarding is sharing my knowledge and experience. I enjoy mentoring others, helping them grow both personally and professionally, and supporting them in building a lasting career in the restoration industry.

Lindsay joined Team Chestnas in October 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry, including a previous role as Production/Operations Manager at a neighboring SERVPRO franchise. Her passion for the job is deeply personal—after experiencing the devastating floods of ’93 and ’95 with her own family, she knows firsthand how overwhelming and isolating disaster recovery can feel. That experience fuels her commitment to being a source of empathy, stability, and guidance for clients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
