We had SERVPRO help us with water in our basement. A sewer drain, backed up, destroying a large part of our carpet, laminate flooring, baseboard, drywall. They came to help within 24 hours. He spoke with our insurance company and was great help coordinating, especially after finding out that we had to do flood cuts for the sewer water damage.
