We had a major flood at our property. Servpro had qualified people with equipment, fans etc. at the house within an hour and a half of my call, on a Sunday morning in February. They immediately started cleanup. That was amazing enough. But it continued through a complete gutting of parts of the house, and them working well with our insurance. We hired them to do the restoration as well, and every single step of the process has been smooth. They do very high quality work, are good, honest people, and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. They have listened, advised, and been great partners in this process. They have gone above and beyond many times. We'd hire them again in a second, and several friends have asked for their business cards. A property disaster is a horrible thing, but when you have good folks like this on your side, it can turn into a positive experience. We have been very grateful for Sherrae, Josh, and their whole team.

Servpro of sandstone did a great job of cleaning 20 years of exhaust smoke off aluminum siding on my shop walls. They showed up fast and got it done quickly. Saved me from needing new lighting as it's much brighter in there now!

I received the estimate the next day. They called me and explained everything in the estimate completely. Right from my first phone call to ServPro, I was impressed with the assistance I received. Trent and Claire came out on Sunday night to get started mitigating the water.
