Meet Mike Stahler, the Owner at SERVPRO of Red Wing, Cannon Falls. With a background in engineering and extensive experience in home inspecting and business ownership, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His dedication to his community and team is truly inspiring. Outside of work, Mike cherishes moments at his cabin with his wife and children, indulging in his hobbies of fishing and hunting.

Ron Martin, Operations Manager is an entrepreneur, builder, and community-minded leader with extensive experience in construction, restoration, roofing, real estate development, and business operations. His career has been built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to creating opportunities for others.

Ron believes success goes beyond business growth—it’s about making a positive impact on employees, customers, and the communities he serves. Guided by his faith and strong family values, his goal is simple: build quality projects, create meaningful opportunities, and leave every community better than he found it.

Ryan Laudon is the Director of Business Development at SERVPRO of Red Wing, Cannon Falls. He has 20+ years in exceptional customer service, sales, and leadership roles. He has a passion for people and connecting with those people in the community. He has two daughters and loves to Golf, fish, and spend time with family and friends.

Meet our dedicated Business Development Manager, Nate, a valuable member of our SERVPRO franchise team since October 2022. With a strong foundation built on five years of active-duty military service and a continued commitment to the Minnesota Army National Guard, Nate brings unwavering discipline and precision to every project. Armed with skills honed through completion of the Carpentry Program at RCTC, Nate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Prior to joining us, Nate gained valuable experience as a trim carpenter, ensuring that his work is not just about construction but about creating spaces that exceed expectations. With Nate at the helm, our construction projects are in the capable hands of a true professional dedicated to excellence and serving our community.

Meet Jenae Thomas, SERVPRO's newest Administrative Assistant. A recent graduate of the RCTC Executive Professional AAS program, Jenae brings a decade of diverse customer service experience to our team. With her extensive background and enthusiastic approach, she's excited to contribute her skills and dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Meet Stacy, Director of Claims and Compliance, born and raised in Rochester, MN, I’ve always believed in hard work, compassion, and community. After graduating from Mayo High School, I attended Rochester Cosmetology School and Rochester Community College. In 2002, what started as a temporary fill-in for a client’s disaster restoration business quickly turned into a lifelong passion. I discovered not just a career, but a calling—to help people through some of the most difficult times in their lives with empathy and care. Today, I’m proud to serve as General Manager at SERVPRO^®;, where I bring over two decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to excellence, service, and teamwork. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my family. With my husband, Mye, we raised two strong daughters, Justice and Acacia, who have given us four incredible grandchildren—our "Royals": Tatum, Chuor, Acira, and Amira. In my free time, I love traveling, reading, watching reality TV (guilt-free!), and spending time with my grandkids. I also moonlight with the Elks Gambling team, hosting bingo events around Rochester—a little extra fun to balance my professional life. Work has always been a core part of my identity and self-fulfillment. But more than that, it’s about making a difference—with heart.

Reilly Finlay joins our team as a Mitigation Project Manager with several years of hands-on leadership experience in construction and restoration. Before entering the restoration industry three years ago, Reilly managed epoxy flooring crews in both the Twin Cities and Eau Claire areas and worked in asphalt and agricultural construction projects. Since transitioning into restoration, he has quickly worked his way up in the industry through his strong work ethic and commitment to helping customers through challenging situations.

Outside of work, Reilly enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his dog.

With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Chad brings a deep foundation of building expertise to his role as a Reconstruction Project Manager. In just three years in the insurance restoration industry, he has successfully managed hundreds of reconstruction projects—ranging from fire and water damage to full structural rebuilds—earning a reputation for efficiency, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.

Chad’s unique blend of hands-on construction knowledge and sharp project management skills allows him to navigate the complexities of insurance loss restoration with confidence and clarity. He excels at coordinating with adjusters, trades, and property owners to ensure seamless communication, timely progress, and exceptional results.

Whether he’s restoring homes, commercial spaces, or multi-unit buildings, Chad brings a solutions-focused mindset and a steady hand—restoring not just properties, but trust and peace of mind for every client he serves.

Bryce Van Schepen is an experienced Sales Representative and Restoration Technician with a strong passion for helping people. With a background in both sales and restoration, Bryce combines his expertise to provide exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through workouts, snowmobiling, and hunting. Bryce's dedication to his work and his personal interests reflects his commitment to excellence in all areas of life.

Felicia Masopust brings more than 10 years of administrative experience from the nonprofit sector and most recently served as an Office Manager for a local Rochester business. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service make her a valuable part of the SERVPRO^®; team. Felicia is excited to help customers through every step of the restoration process while supporting the continued growth of SERVPRO^®;.

Outside of work, Felicia enjoys spending time with her family. As the proud mom of five active kids, much of her free time is spent cheering them on at sporting events. She also loves traveling with her family, especially making memories together on trips to Disney.
