Stacy Brown
Meet Stacy, General Manager, born and raised in Rochester, MN, I’ve always believed in hard work, compassion, and community. After graduating from Mayo High School, I attended Rochester Cosmetology School and Rochester Community College. In 2002, what started as a temporary fill-in for a client’s disaster restoration business quickly turned into a lifelong passion. I discovered not just a career, but a calling—to help people through some of the most difficult times in their lives with empathy and care. Today, I’m proud to serve as General Manager at SERVPRO®;, where I bring over two decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to excellence, service, and teamwork. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my family. With my husband, Mye, we raised two strong daughters, Justice and Acacia, who have given us four incredible grandchildren—our "Royals": Tatum, Chuor, Acira, and Amira. In my free time, I love traveling, reading, watching reality TV (guilt-free!), and spending time with my grandkids. I also moonlight with the Elks Gambling team, hosting bingo events around Rochester—a little extra fun to balance my professional life. Work has always been a core part of my identity and self-fulfillment. But more than that, it’s about making a difference—with heart.

Nate Lillestol
Meet our dedicated Business Development Manager, Nate, a valuable member of our SERVPRO franchise team since October 2022. With a strong foundation built on five years of active-duty military service and a continued commitment to the Minnesota Army National Guard, Nate brings unwavering discipline and precision to every project. Armed with skills honed through completion of the Carpentry Program at RCTC, Nate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Prior to joining us, Nate gained valuable experience as a trim carpenter, ensuring that his work is not just about construction but about creating spaces that exceed expectations. With Nate at the helm, our construction projects are in the capable hands of a true professional dedicated to excellence and serving our community.

Ryan Laudon
Ryan Laudon is the Director of Business Development at SERVPRO of Red Wing, Cannon Falls. He has 20+ years in exceptional customer service, sales, and leadership roles. He has a passion for people and connecting with those people in the community. He has two daughters and loves to Golf, fish, and spend time with family and friends.

With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Chad brings a deep foundation of building expertise to his role as a Reconstruction Project Manager. In just three years in the insurance restoration industry, he has successfully managed hundreds of reconstruction projects—ranging from fire and water damage to full structural rebuilds—earning a reputation for efficiency, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.
Chad’s unique blend of hands-on construction knowledge and sharp project management skills allows him to navigate the complexities of insurance loss restoration with confidence and clarity. He excels at coordinating with adjusters, trades, and property owners to ensure seamless communication, timely progress, and exceptional results.

Chantel Carson
Meet our dedicated Job File Coordinator, Chantel. Carson’s story begins in the warm, coastal stretch of Southern California, where she grew up before eventually heading north to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. While there, she pursued studies in corrections, driven by an interest in understanding people and building a career that made a difference. But life, as it often does, had other plans. Over the years, Chantel discovered her knack for hands-on work and problem-solving, building a career in quality assurance for food manufacturing and spending several years welding industrial HVAC systems. Her diverse background reflects her adaptability and drive to take on new challenges, skills she carries into every part of her life. Today, Chantel lives in Grand Meadow, Minnesota, raising her two children—a 9-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter. She loves the simple joys of small-town living, especially relaxing weekends spent on the pontoon, fishing with her kids, and enjoying the crisp, cool air of her favorite season, fall. For Chantel, life is about balance—working hard, raising a loving family, and savoring every chance to slow down and enjoy the outdoors, no matter how cold the weather gets

With more than 20 years of experience in mold and asbestos work, Casey Ficken brings extensive industry knowledge and a strong hands-on construction background to SERVPRO of Rochester. As Production Manager, Casey is committed to delivering high-quality restoration work and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Casey plays a key role in coordinating crews, managing job timelines, and maintaining clear communication throughout each stage of the restoration process. With a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on safety, Casey helps ensure every job meets industry requirements and SERVPRO’s high expectations. Clients and team members alike value Casey’s dependable leadership and ability to solve problems quickly in fast-paced environments. Mark Arndt is a seasoned reconstruction professional with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. As a valued member of the SERVPRO of Rochester team, Mark brings extensive hands-on knowledge and a strong commitment to quality workmanship on every reconstruction project. He specializes in residential and commercial rebuilds, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to SERVPRO standards. Mark’s attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and practical approach help restore properties back to preloss condition, giving homeowners confidence throughout the reconstruction process. Outside of his professional work, Mark is also a dedicated hobby farmer. He enjoys cultivating hay, corn, and soybeans, applying the same patience, discipline, and commitment from the field to his work in construction. This balance of experience, craftsmanship, and grounded values makes Mark a trusted and dependable professional for both the SERVPRO team and the customers they serve.
