These credentials reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards.

A firm believer in honesty and hard work, Jeff has built a reputation for reliability and integrity in his business dealings. His deep-rooted involvement in the community includes active participation in the local Catholic Church and membership in the Knights of Columbus, where he contributes to various charitable activities and community outreach programs.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jeff cherishes spending quality time with his family. He is passionate about coaching youth sports, particularly baseball and football, and sharing invaluable life lessons and skills with young athletes. An avid outdoorsman, he loves fishing and enjoys the tranquility of nature. Moreover, Jeff is a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, often cheering for his favorite team and celebrating their successes. Pat is a valuable team member, working diligently in the Human Resources Department at SERVPRO Team Short. He became a part of our team in March of 2024, displaying a remarkable dedication to learning and excelling in the industry. Outside his professional responsibilities, Pat finds joy in playing darts and following his favorite sports teams. His commitment to helping others shines through in his work at SERVPRO, where he finds fulfillment in assisting people during challenging times.

Mary serves as the Reconstruction Coordinator for SERVPRO Team Short, having joined our team in early 2025. Since then, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding the intricacies of the restoration industry. Her role involves not only project coordination but also a continuous learning process, which Mary finds immensely fulfilling.

In her free time, Mary enjoys painting, reading, and spending quality moments with her beloved dogs. These hobbies provide her with a creative outlet and a way to unwind after a busy day.

Mary particularly relishes the opportunity to collaborate with various contractors, leveraging their expertise to restore properties to their preloss condition. This teamwork allows her to combine her passion for problem-solving with her drive to help others, making each project an opportunity for growth and satisfaction in her career at SERVPRO.

Bill serves as a Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Team Short, having joined the team in early 2024. With a solid background in the sales industry, he contributes a wealth of experience to our organization.

During his leisure time, he derives enjoyment from attending his children's hockey games, savoring moments with his family, and engaging in golfing pursuits.

Ted is a part of the SERVPRO Team Short as a Project Manager, having joined our team in March 2024. He arrived with a strong eagerness to delve into the industry and expand his knowledge.

When he is not at work, Ted enjoys listening to country music with his friends. He also loves to learn new instruments. Ted is an outdoorsman who values his time spent hunting and fishing.

Ted finds great fulfillment in his role at SERVPRO, as it presents him with new and exciting challenges every day, allowing him to make a positive difference in people's lives. He also deeply values the mentorship and learning opportunities provided by his experienced colleagues.

Kymel plays a pivotal role in the SERVPRO Team Short as a dedicated Senior Crew Chief. He joined our team in January 2023, bringing with him a strong desire to immerse himself in the restoration industry and broaden his expertise. Initially starting his journey with us as a Production Technician, Kymel demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill, allowing him to advance through the ranks with remarkable speed.

Beyond his professional commitments, Kymel enjoys a vibrant social life. He spends his free time indulging in his favorite TV shows, engaging in various sports, and creating memorable moments with friends and family.
