Colin and Kyle lead our production teams, each bringing years of experience in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Construction. Their combined expertise and leadership ensure that every project is handled with precision, from start to finish, providing top-quality service in challenging restoration scenarios.

Kyle is our Restoration Manager and a dependable leader, especially when disaster strikes. Known for his approachable and friendly demeanor, Kyle excels at keeping customers informed and reassured throughout every stage of their restoration project. His clear communication and expertise ensure that clients are well-supported, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Colin’s calm and steady presence during a crisis provides invaluable leadership when it’s needed most. As our Restoration Manager, he brings a wealth of expertise to every project, holding certifications such as IICRC, WTR, ASD, OSHA 10, and FSRT. Colin’s extensive qualifications and composed leadership ensure that each restoration job is handled with confidence and professionalism.

Ashley is the backbone of our office operations and scheduling. As the first person many of our customers speak to, she immediately puts them at ease with her friendly and reassuring demeanor, confidently guiding them through the process. In addition to managing scheduling, Ashley lends her talents to our marketing efforts, making her an essential part of both our customer service and outreach teams.

Luke is a highly valued Restoration Technician on our team, always ready to lend a hand and step in to ensure every project is a success. As a Restoration Technician, he plays a crucial role in tasks such as assessing damage, performing water extraction, drying structures, and carrying out mold remediation and repairs. His dedication to these tasks, along with his teamwork and initiative, make him an essential part of our operations, consistently contributing to the success of each job.

Ashley is our Customer Success Manager, expertly balancing her time between leading our marketing outreach efforts and guiding our valued residential and commercial customers through the entire restoration process. From start to finish, she ensures that every client feels informed, supported, and confident in the services we provide.

Melissa is our lead Job File Coordinator, ensuring every project is handled with precision and efficiency. She plays a vital role in managing documentation, coordinating job details, and supporting our team to keep restoration projects on track.
