I was extremely impressed with SERVPRO and every member of their staff. From the guys who came into my home to the office end, everyone went above and beyond to be courteous and to be sure I understood the process. I also run a daycare from my home and the guys were always extremely conscientious and considerate about the welfare of the kids and their noise level etc. I was very impressed. I was so happy that I called SERVPRO when I found water leaking into my basement, causing a little bit of mold to form under some moving boxes. They got it all dry and killed all the mold so I didn't have to worry anymore, and they didn't overcharge me while doing it. Awesome. I will definitely be calling them again for any other water damage issues!
The crew was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a fish tank leak about 25 gallons of water into my basement ceiling and walls. They arrived within hour and began the mitigation process immediately. Within a few days the process was complete. Their focus was on doing the job correctly while making sure the work would be within scope with respect to my home owner's policy.
I definitely recommend them and would use them again, but hopefully I won't have to!
