I have property in a condo building, and a few months ago my unit was completely destroyed with water damage from the unit above me (frozen pipes). I had never dealt with anything like this before, and felt completely lost. But little did I know that the team that had already been called in to help dry my place out would be the best thing to happen in this situation! Cliff and his team were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Cliff explained every bit of the process to me, and already had other contractors he was familiar with that were able to install new flooring and paint. I just got the keys to my unit back yesterday, and it looks amazing! Better than it did before! :) I can't thank this crew and friends enough for helping me through this situation - especially Cliff- you are a gem! Thank You!

This Servpro crew from Eagan/Apple Valley was excellent for cleaning up our basement after a water heater leak flooded about 1/2 of our basement carpet. After notifying our insurance company in the morning They arrived same day, after their office called to let us know they were en route (great communication I’d say). There were 5-7(?) crew members, with Felipe & Brian in charge. I communicated with Felipe during the entire 6 day process to dry out carpeting and dry wall. He was prompt in answering my texts which was greatly appreciated. He explained all steps before, during, and after. I did not feel they took any short cuts at all, everything was done to our satisfaction. Servpro should hang onto these guys, they are excellent employees. Will definitely recommend their services
