John and Kris, owners of SERVPRO of Blaine South and Hugo, bring over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. During that time, John has built more than 400 homes, and this hands-on expertise is applied daily at SERVPRO, whether in reconstruction or drying projects.

In addition to his construction background, John has also worked as an independent insurance adjuster, giving him valuable insight into the critical relationship between insurance providers and their clients.

Kris has worked closely with insurance companies since day one, helping guide customers through claims and the restoration process with care and attention. She is always available to support clients, answering questions and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way.

Both John and Kris firmly believe that clear, consistent communication is key to ensuring customer satisfaction—even in challenging situations.

Courtney serves as our Sales and Marketing Representative, bringing fresh ideas and a strong work ethic to the team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, where she developed the skills and creativity that drive her success in the field.

In addition to her marketing role, Courtney often helps out in the office—so you may hear her friendly voice when you call. Her positive attitude, innovative mindset, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her a valuable asset to our team.

Doug serves as the Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative at SERVPRO, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a "go-get-it" attitude to every opportunity. He is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, business owners, and community partners, always aiming to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
