My project manager, Keyrsten Girlinghouse did an exceptional job at handling the sewer mess in my basement. She was very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. Mike Thorson and his crew did a fantastic job with our flood clean up. Cedar River flooded on June 22nd 2024 and shortly after Mike was there and reassuring us things were going to be alright. Hard to believe how amazing these guys were. Highly recommend them.
I called for possible Mold Remediation Service yesterday, Monday 15th…Mike called me right back and met me at our Townsend house. He did a thorough evaluation and estimated the needs of the job. They came with a full crew, today, July 16th and got the job done. Very impressed with the promptness and professionalism of Mike and his team. Lani did a great job explaining the required forms and what the job entailed. I highly recommend this team for any water damage, carpet removal, etc, jobs. So I will definitely use them again!
