Jeff Short is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea, a company dedicated to providing top-notch restoration services. He holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Certification (IICRC) in key areas such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration. These credentials reflect his commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards.

A firm believer in honesty and hard work, Jeff has built a reputation for reliability and integrity in his business dealings. His deep-rooted involvement in the community includes active participation in the local Catholic Church and membership in the Knights of Columbus, where he contributes to various charitable activities and community outreach programs.

Outside of his professional commitments, Jeff cherishes spending quality time with his family. He is passionate about coaching youth sports, particularly baseball and football, and sharing invaluable life lessons and skills with young athletes. An avid outdoorsman, he loves fishing and enjoys the tranquility of nature. Moreover, Jeff is a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, often cheering for his favorite team and celebrating their successes. Through both his personal and professional life, Jeff Short exemplifies dedication to community, family, and his chosen profession.

Nick Foley is the CFO at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. Nick brings two decades of leadership and relationship-building experience to the team. He enjoys being able to return homes and businesses back to their original state-or better, even after unthinkable disasters. Outside of work, Nick enjoys chasing his three kids around, going on family trips, and cheering on the Cubbies.

Jonathan works as a Marketing Coordinator at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. He has years of experience in customer service and management, and he is certified in Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup and Restoration by IICRC.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a professional tattoo artist and enjoys everything related to horror. In October, he acts in haunted houses. He also loves grilling and spending time with his wife and their three kids.

Jordan serves as a Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Team Short, having joined the team in late 2024. With a solid background in the sales industry, he contributes a wealth of experience to our organization.

In his free time, he enjoys watching Vikings games, playing in his band, spending time with family, and golfing.

Jordan finds fulfillment in his role at SERVPRO, where he helps the local community during crises.

Jessica is our Director of Fire & Content at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She comes to us with years of experience in customer service and management skills.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends whenever she gets a chance! She also enjoys fishing and spending time outside.

Emily is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea.

Emily enjoys knowing the work we do is helping others and providing comfort in hard times.

Outside work, Emily loves hiking hanging out with animals, and spending time with her family and friends.

Andrea is our Accounting Administrator here at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. She joined our team in September of 2022. She brings years of experience in the construction industry.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys cooking. football, art, and photography. She also loves spending time with family.

Annie likes working at SERVPRO because it is fast-paced and she enjoys knowing that what we do is helping people.

Matt Anderson is a Carpet cleaning specialist at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea. He has several years of experience at SERVPRO. Matt currently specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Matt has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

He's a big Iowa Hawkeyes fan, likes concerts, and spending time with his friends and family. He enjoys road trips and seeing new places.

Dustin is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea, with years of experience in customer service.

In his free time, Dustin loves music working on his home and landscape. He also loves spending time with his family.
