Definitely call SERVPRO of the Upper Peninsula if you need water removal or some other kind of cleanup, etc. for your home or other situations.
Phone calls to the company are answered promptly. Specific times are given for both estimate calls and service calls. The estimator came to the house earlier than the (last minute call) time was given. The service operators came earlier than the time given.
All work was professional, clean and no advice was given that was not needed for the service all. Cleanup after work was excellent as well. Suggestions on how to mitigate future problems was definitely appreciated.
