In April 2025 our basement flooded after a massive rainstorm, and I was frantically calling remediation companies trying to get help. Out of everyone I contacted, ServPro Livonia was the only company that worked with me immediately. They scheduled service right away and were incredibly reassuring and calming during what was otherwise a chaotic situation. Their team arrived exactly when scheduled and quickly got to work drying out the basement and removing all water-damaged flooring and materials. During that process they actually discovered years’ worth of hidden drywall mold that we had no idea existed (we had just purchased the home and it had never been disclosed). We recently had them return (1/20/2026) to finish demolishing the remaining affected drywall and a damaged room, and once again the team did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient, and took the time to walk me through what they were doing and what the next steps should be to address potential mold risks. They even referred me to a mold testing company and helped facilitate the process. Allen was fantastic to work with when it came to scheduling, estimates, and answering questions. He was responsive, transparent about costs, and very helpful throughout the process. Uli, Tyler, and Ryan handled the demo work and were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions — and they were incredibly sweet to my very curious dogs, which is always a big win in my book. Overall, I highly recommend ServPro Livonia. They were professional, responsive, and made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate.
