Eric Chesser
President
- Eric became a valued part of the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer when he acquired the business in 2018.
- With over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and a master's certification in Fire and Water Restoration, his expertise has been instrumental in driving our company's growth.
- Eric has been happily married to his incredible wife since 2002 and is a proud dad to two wonderful kids, Jacob and Madison.
- Outside of work, Eric holds a black belt in Karate, has a passion for cars, and enjoys hitting the golf course.
Brienne Ingersoll
Business Development Representative
- Brienne has been a valued member of our SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer family since July 2018.
- Originally from Okemos, MI, she earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University and went on to direct a camp at the YMCA.
- Brienne focuses on building strong relationships with insurance agents and fire departments, primarily in the Grand Blanc and Lapeer areas.
- A self-proclaimed foodie, Brienne has a special love for condiments - she even considers them her favorite food!
Misty McKenzie
Assistant Project Manager
- Misty joined the SERVPRO of Grand Blanc and SERVPRO of Lapeer family in February 2018 and has been thriving in her role ever since.
- She truly loves what she does and considers her co-workers to be like a family.
- Misty's passion for helping customers during challenging times and restoring their homes makes her excel in her position - it's a rewarding experience she deeply values.
- In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends.
Byron Sevenski
Title: Production Tech
History: Byron is a great addition to our SERVPRO team. Not only is he willing to learn, but he loves working with customers. On a personal note, he owns his own disc jockey business, his favorite movie is Braveheart, he coaches baseball and his grandfather fought in the Korean War.

Jay, as he likes to be called, Joined our Team beginning of September of 2020 and came from a water background so jumped right in! We are ecstatic to have him and welcomed him with open arms!

Eric and the crew at SERVPRO of Lapeer were tremendously helpful in restoring our house to normal after a kitchen fire. Eric was available immediately and the crew came on a Saturday to bring the hepa filter. Brienne was very caring. The cleaning crew was diligent and thorough. Eric was professional with designing our needs, and was available whenever we called him. I would certainly recommend SERVPRO of Lapeer to anyone who needs help with restoration.
Jose and Landon were wonderful and showed up quickly and went to work right away. I was relieved and knew my house would be back to normal after water was everywhere. Calling SERVPRO was the best call I made.

I had water in my basement from my hot water heater and Byron and Matt where both very courteous. They had answered all my questions. Byron set everything up and was very efficient and very mindful of keeping the floors and stairs protected from getting damaged from him setting everything up. Very pleased with their professionalism. They were both very pleasant also.

Basement flooded today and I called SERVPRO for help. Right away they sent Byron and Richie out. They got the basement hooked up with multiple fans and ripped out the padding. They were super helpful in explaining the process and next steps. 5/5 ??. They were awesome.
