Let me say that your work during this terrible flooding ordeal in February was beyond fabulous! These were scary times with a lot of valuables/heirlooms in the new basement at risk because of the massive local flooding and power failure. The workers were very a well trained and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They obviously liked their jobs which was obvious. We can’t say enough about them and being a retired Vice President of a non profit company for over 30 plus years I hired many people during this time frame. So I know talented staff when I see them and it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that your company has great hiring practices. From the very first frantic call to the last, Pete was responsive, professional and calming. He kept us posted every step of the way. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the job thorough. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance to need mitigation work, use these guys they are the best.
I came home after being away 2 weeks to a finished family room and basement full of water. SERVPRO quickly sent out a team to clean and dry the area. Pete worked directly with my insurance company to file a claim.
