Deyaneira "Dee" Velazquez is our Human Resources Manager and has been proudly supporting Team Warnecki since 2024. She is passionate about this team and is grateful to be part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Randy has been with SERVPRO for over 13 years, serving as the Accounting Manager and Controller. Before joining SERVPRO, he spent six years in the plumbing industry as a Business Manager and Accountant. Outside of work, Randy's main passion is music—he plays piano, guitar, bass, drums, and also writes music. He is also a huge boxing fan and actively trains in the sport!

Alexis is our wonderful Construction Superintendent! Alexis graduated from The University of Mary Washington in 2019 with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Business Spanish. While at UMW, she played soccer at a highly competitive level, where she honed her cooperative spirit and perseverance. When she’s not at work helping our construction process run smoothly, she still enjoys playing soccer in the local adult league and cooking for family and friends.

Glenn Denecke is our Fleet Manager located in our SERVPRO of Winchester office.

Susan is our Fire & Contents Division Manager, she has been with the SERVPRO brand for 18 years and brings extensive experience to her role. She holds IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. Dedicated to her work, she takes pride in helping customers restore their homes and businesses. Outside of SERVPRO, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and their two children, Katlynn and Konner. In her free time, she can often be found in the garage working on classic cars or in the woods enjoying her passion for hunting.

Steven Adams is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO, bringing 11 years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds an IICRC certification in water mitigation and works closely with clients to help them prepare for and minimize potential emergencies. When he’s not responding to urgent situations, Steven takes pride in providing guidance and support to those in need, making his work both meaningful and rewarding. A proud United States Navy veteran, he is even prouder of his role as a father of two.

She is passionate about putting her best foot forward in everything she does, ensuring efficiency and support in HR operations. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, capturing moments through photography, and traveling to explore new places.

Olivia has been the Billing Admin/Dispatch Coordinator at SERVPRO of Alexandria for over a year. They have greatly valued the opportunity to support both the company and customers during stressful times, assisting those facing home damages and financial challenges. Dan is our Sales and Marketing Representatives. With over 20 years of sales experience, 6 of which with SERVPRO, his expertise continues to help us expand our service to those in need. A Penn State graduate, Dan enjoys playing recreational ice hockey, and taking his daughters to their soccer and lacrosse games in his free time.

Hermela is our Social Media Coordinator at SERVPRO of Alexandria. She has 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. In her free time She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Karen is our Dispatcher at SERVPRO, bringing 20 years of experience in dispatch and scheduling across various industries. She specializes in coordinating water mitigation calls and ensuring teams respond quickly during emergencies. She also serves as the emergency after-hours dispatcher. Outside of work, Karen enjoys shopping, watching Netflix, and spending time with her three cats—including her 21-year-old senior cat, who she considers her loyal companion.

Cindy is the Job File Coordinator for our Mold and Bio Division. She finds great fulfillment in helping customers during their times of need, providing support through biohazard cleanup and mold remediation. She takes pride in making a difference by restoring safe and healthy environments for both homes and businesses. She looks forward to continuing her work in bio cleanup and mold remediation, gaining more experience, and expanding her skills in the field.

Jennifer is a Job File Coordinator and has been with SERVPRO Team Warnecki for over six years. She is Level 2 Xactimate certified and takes pride in her role, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in job file management. She enjoys working at SERVPRO because of its strong family-oriented culture, where teamwork, kindness, and encouragement help everyone achieve their best.

Yvette is the Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO’s Water Division. With several years of experience as an administrative assistant, she has developed the skills to navigate and grow in her current role. She takes pride in helping wherever she can and appreciates being part of a positive work environment that allows her to make a meaningful impact each day. In her free time, Yvette enjoys painting, volunteering, and reading.

Born and raised in the DC Metro Area, Jose is our awesome Job File Coordinator! He graduated from Gonzaga College High School in the district and received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from NVCC in Alexandria. He has five plus years of experience in customer service and one in data management under his belt. When he is not helping our team reach our full potential, he enjoys relaxing with friends, reading comics, and playing his Nintendo Switch.

Carlos is the Senior Production Manager at SERVPRO, bringing over 17 years of experience to the team. His extensive knowledge and leadership play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, he takes pride in helping clients restore their homes and businesses after disasters. Carlos is dedicated to mentoring his team and upholding SERVPRO’s high standards of service.

Francisco is our amazing Senior Production Manager! He has over four years of experience and holds three main certifications including Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Removal Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician. He also has experience as a heavy Equipment Operator at the union local 77. In his free time, Francisco enjoys taking his two daughters to the park along with his dog Rocky. He's constantly striving do the right thing and work hard in order to provide the absolute best for his family.

Martin began his journey at SERVPRO as a Water Technician and worked his way up to Crew Chief before being promoted to Project Manager for the Water Division. Along the way, he earned certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. He enjoys working at SERVPRO because of the continuous opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Alex is one of our super talented Production Managers! With almost four years of work with us, Alex has proven his dedication by completing his IICRC water and fire certifications. He also recently completed his Xactimate Level 1 certification. When he is not supporting our clients and meeting their restoration needs, you can find him either enjoying long rides on his motorcycle or relaxing in front of his gaming PC.

With over 8 years of mitigation experience, more than 2 of which working with SERVPRO, Carlos leads other technicians in the field, providing the less familiar with his wealth of knowledge. When not running a job, Carlos enjoys running the track and spending time with his son. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Patricia is one of our newest Production Technicians! Originally from El Salvador, she moved to Maryland in 2013 and fell in love with the United States. She has been working at SERVPRO since January of this year and really enjoys her work because she gets to help people. Patricia is a quick learner, learning new things every day. She loves working with our team because “everyone is so nice and helpful.” On her free time, she loves going to the gym and spending time with her two daughters and her mom.
