After pulling up the carpet, we quickly realized we were dealing with something much bigger… the lingering odor of pet (and human) urine that had soaked into the subfloor over time. Absolutely excellent service by Chuck! He explained everything, worked with me on times that were most convenient around my work schedule. And probably the best part was that I received a phone call back within 5 min when I called Sunday morning on Father's Day.
