Servpro helped me with a basement water issue. It turned out that the water was coming into the house from the ground outside - due to all the recent rain. There was nowhere else for it to go. Their crew was here within 2 hours after my initial phone call. They placed several fans and dehumidifiers to dry the floor and deter mold.There was existing mold that they treated. Because the next day fell on a weekend & I wasn't able to get a plumber to install a new sump pump immediately, the crew left their equipment with me. They picked it all up when all was dry & there was no more water entering. They were polite and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend if you have an emergency outside of normal business hours. They are open 24/7, 7 days and week. They are not inexpensive, but you have the option to self pay or submit a claim through your house insurance. Either way, they will solve your problem.
