Matthew Paquette is an experienced Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield, and SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, and Gardner. With a solid background in hardware and maintenance, Matthew brings years of hands-on technical expertise to the SERVPRO team, specializing in water, fire, and mold damage restoration. He most recently completed his IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, further strengthening his ability to provide industry-standard care and service.

A native of Enfield, CT, Matthew has always had a passion for learning and problem-solving, sparked early on by his involvement in school band where he enjoyed playing musical instruments. His attention to detail, technical knowledge, and commitment to service excellence make him a vital member of the team. When he's not assisting with restoration services, Matthew enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and mountain biking.

Michael Anthony Salzarulo is the owner of SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield, and SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. With a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a strong background in IT and programming, Michael transitioned into restoration to pursue a more hands-on and rewarding career. He is dedicated to delivering expert restoration services, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup.

Michael holds multiple industry-leading certifications, including IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), and ASD (Applied Structural Drying). He also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL), maintains his Lead-Safe Renovator–Supervisor certification (LSR), and holds a Subrogation Certification. His licensing, training, and experience have equipped him with extensive knowledge in emergency response, structural drying, mold remediation, reconstruction, contents cleaning, smoke and odor mitigation, and biohazard cleanup.

As an owner, Michael is committed to providing reliable, 24/7 restoration services to both residential and commercial clients. Whether addressing water damage, mitigating fire losses, remediating mold, or handling post-storm cleanup, he ensures that each property is restored to its pre-loss condition with professionalism and care. He and his team also offer odor removal, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and mold testing.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing, working on wood restoration projects, and spending quality time with his young son. His passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong technical background all contribute to the high-quality service he brings to every restoration project.

Mark Manzi is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield/SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. He joined the team in May, bringing with him a strong foundation as an electrical apprentice. Mark’s technical background enhances his ability to support a wide range of restoration services, including fire, water, and mold remediation, as well as construction and cleaning. He is also IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified, further strengthening his expertise in water damage restoration and ensuring industry-standard quality on every job.

Originally from Somers, CT, Mark developed a passion for working with his hands early on—whether it was tuning up cars or rebuilding computers. His attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and enthusiasm for solving complex problems make him a valuable member of the SERVPRO team. Mark is excited to bring his electrical knowledge into the restoration industry and is committed to delivering quality service to homeowners and businesses alike.

Mason Manzi is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield and SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. Originally from Somers, Connecticut, Mason brings a strong background in business administration, operations, and technology to the SERVPRO team. Mason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is also SAP certified and has experience working with a variety of business and industry platforms, including Xactimate, SAP, and Microsoft 365. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Mason gained valuable leadership and operations experience as an Assistant Manager at a hardware store, where he developed skills in customer service, inventory management, daily operations, and team coordination. His combination of business education, technology experience, and hands-on management helps him support the day-to-day operations of both SERVPRO franchise locations and their teams. Outside of work, Mason has always had a passion for sports and staying active. He enjoys working out, football, traveling, and experiencing new places and opportunities. He brings that same energy and team-oriented mindset to his role at SERVPRO.

Luis Marin is a Restoration Technician for SERVPRO of North Adams, Greenfield and SERVPRO of North Brookfield, Hardwick, Gardner. Originally from Puerto Rico, Luis brings a strong background in cleaning, maintenance, and hands-on service work to the SERVPRO team.

Luis is an IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and takes pride in performing his work thoroughly and correctly. His attention to detail and particular approach to cleaning and restoration make him a valuable member of the production team. Whether responding to water damage, performing detailed cleaning, or assisting with restoration projects, Luis is focused on leaving the jobsite clean, organized, and completed to a high standard.

With experience across a variety of cleaning and maintenance roles, Luis understands the importance of taking care of a customer's property and paying attention to the details that can make a difference in the finished result. We are happy to have Luis as part of the team and appreciate the care and effort he brings to his work each day.

Outside of work, family is extremely important to Luis. He is a proud father of three sons and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Whether at work or at home, Luis values hard work, responsibility, and being someone others can depend on.
