Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Problem with a septic line in one of the retail spaces we rent. It was Thanksgiving weekend, the biggest of the year, so it was definitely an emergency. My long-time plumber took care of the problem (see his review), we then hired SERVPRO to take care of the post-fix clean-up. No complaint with coming out on the holiday, no crazy price.
