We had a contractor come in and do some repairs to our office building. He recommended that we call you directly for a post construction cleaning. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff, the estimator and the crew was excellent. And the place came out pristine! Thank you.
We are all aware that we had some nor’ eastern storms in the area which has cause a lot of damage to a lot of homes. My problem was that my sub pump failed and we had flooding in our basement. When we call our insurance they recommend a service. I understand that due to the storms all companies where busy but they never answered the phone and refused to give an exact estimate.
Needless to say SERVPRO TO THE RESCUE!!!!! Even though they were busy, they listen to what we needed called me back when they got answers and emailed over quotes when I asked. They came in and did the demo and cleaned everything out in about 4 hours. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home when I went to work and everything was completely within 3 day of calling them for the job. Also a BIG plus Is that they come in 50% lower then what the other company was trying to throw out as a number.
I highly recommend SERVPRO. Jordin and his apprentice were great to work with and you could tell he has been doing this for a while and really knows what he talking about. Also they were very carful about my cats and to make sure they didn’t go outside.
