Careers at SERVPRO of Thibodaux

Kyle with Servpro arrived promptly after the electrical fire and immediately put everyone at ease with his professionalism. He carefully explained the process of removing the smoke odor and assured the homeowner that it could be fully taken care of. Under Kyle’s guidance, the Servpro team used equipment and proven techniques to eliminate the lingering smell. Within a short time, the difference was clear, as the harsh smoke odor was completely gone. Kyle stayed attentive throughout the job, making sure every detail was handled properly. Thanks to his leadership and the team’s hard work, the home felt fresh and livable again.

We had a fire cause major damage and leave the house soaked from the fire department. Servpro responded incredibly fast. Their team arrived quickly to start the fire damage cleanup and water mitigation process. One thing that really stood out was how quickly they installed emergency roof tarping to protect what was left inside the home from further damage. They also moved fast to pack out and secure our important belongings so they could be cleaned and restored. During such a stressful situation, it meant a lot to see a team that truly cared about protecting our property. If you ever need fire damage restoration, water damage mitigation, or emergency board-up and tarping services, I highly recommend this Servpro team!
