Meet Our Team

Owner

As one of the owners of SERVPRO of North Kenner, Harahan & Lakeview, Taylor is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of all facets of the organization. He is trained, certified and experienced in water and fire damage restoration through SERVPRO Industries, and holds Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) certifications from the Institute for Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor's degree in 2013.

Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, exercise, music and passionately following all of his sports teams.

Owner

Jim Metteauer is part owner of SERVPRO of North Kenner, Harahan, & Lakeview. He grew up in a small town in East Texas and later went on to attain a degree in Civil Engineering. Post-grad he traveled to seventeen countries and worked in the oil fields for 12 years. He has always enjoyed servicing people and the construction industry and consequently joined forces with his two friends to start SERVPRO of North Kenner, Harahan, & Lakeview together. He is a licensed mold contractor in Louisiana and Texas, and he has his residential and commercial contractor license in the state of Louisiana.

When he is not at work he loves spending time with his beagle-greyhound mix, Carolina, and taking her on adventures!

Owner

William is also part owner of SERVPRO of North Kenner, Harahan & Lakeview. Will grew up on the Mississipi coast and lived through Hurricane Katrina. After the storm, he was inspired to be able to help others in the community during trying times.

Before he became a SERVPRO franchise owner he was a stay-at-home dad and part-time pastry chef! He enjoys whipping up cookies, cakes, and his famous Tiramisu. Will also loves hanging out with his wife, 2 daughters, and the boys.

VP of Construction Operations

Brice is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of North Kenner, Harahan & Lakeview. Brice has over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial reconstruction. When your home or business needs renovation you can guarantee that Brice will show professionalism, expertise, and the confidence to get the job done.

Outside of reconstruction, he enjoys gardening and DIY projects!

Production Manager

David is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Metairie with over 14 years of experience in the remediation and mitigation industry. He is a tremendous asset to the team and has managed projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to large-scale losses exceeding $10 million. David is always punctual, courteous, and brings a great personality to the job site that helps keep the work environment positive and productive.

Production Manager

Colby is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Metairie with over 7 years of experience in the remediation and mitigation industry, including the past 5 years with SERVPRO. He is a valuable asset to both the team and the community. As a Production Manager, Colby plays a key role in coordinating between the customer, the insurance company, and the SERVPRO team to ensure that each project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Production Manager

Christina has over 12 years of experience in the restoration industry and specializes in fire and water damage restoration. She holds certifications in both areas, along with content estimating credentials. Christina is passionate about helping people recover after property damage and takes pride in providing honest service and high-quality workmanship. Her goal is to ensure every customer receives dependable support and the best possible results throughout the restoration process.

Assistant VP of Administration

James has been with SERVPRO for over 10 years and has held multiple roles within the company. He ensures that teams across several franchises are working together efficiently and staying in sync throughout each project.
