What our
customers are saying

ServePro was great to work with after the smoke damage to my home during the ice storm. Everyone was a great help…from Jackie and her mitigation team (the guys were hard workers on that side!) to the construction side with Matt and Chris. Matt and Chris made sure the job was done until the end! Thanks for all your hard work and help in getting us back to our home.

Amanda Coker

Great experience! Casey, jamerick, miguel and chance were very professional and i would recommend servpro! The guys were very thorough and very friendly took great care of my home and made sure all my needs were met in the home and couldn't be more happy!

Edith Armstrong

Efficient, on time, and good work made this a much nicer experience than it could have been!

Elizabeth Green

Servpro staff answered my call with professionalism and compassion as we were experiencing the effects of a flooded home! Casey showed up within 2 hours of my initial call to Servpro! He assured me they would be able to help me and my family. He answered my million questions and assessed the damages. Shortly after his assessment, Jonathan & Rosie arrived and began their efforts of drying our home. The office staff, as well as the on site staff, maintained frequent communication with me, my insurance company, and the construction team. It was such a relief to have the entire team, especially during such an upsetting time in our lives. I pray I never need their services again, but if I ever need help with flooding again, you better believe I’ll call them again!

April Eubanks

The mitigation crew with Jimmy, Jam, Adrian, Chance, and Jonathan did an amazing job! They were so professional, meticulously clean, and careful with our fixtures. We really appreciate the care and attention!!

Carey Rodriguez

Jonathan, Matthew, Miguel, Jam, Adrian, Rosie, Casey, and Seth were all very nice and professional. Although they were not all on-site at the same time, each of them was quick to answer my questions throughout the entire process and made sure I was completely satisfied when the job was finished.

ServePro staff really helped us out during our water damage loss. I would especially like to recognize Robin Calvert for her outstanding customer service. She was highly knowledgeable, consistently kept us informed with proactive updates, and was always available whenever we had questions. She truly made the entire process much easier.

Brenda Townsend

Fantastic communication by Casey and his team of professionals! I highly recommend this company. They were extremely clean with the demolition and extensive with their research with our house and the way it was drying. Very happy!! 😃

About Us

SERVPRO® of Monroe/West Monroe has been serving Northeast Louisiana since 1996, when Don Legg and his business partner launched the franchise with a simple mission: help people recover when life takes an unexpected turn. What began as a small local operation has grown into one of the most experienced restoration teams in the region. Today, the company is owned by Don Legg and his son, Corbin Legg, continuing a family legacy built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to serving others.

From the beginning, SERVPRO of Monroe/West Monroe has focused on more than cleaning up damage. The team’s purpose is to restore normalcy for homeowners, business owners, and institutions facing water damage, fire and smoke loss, mold issues, storm damage, and other property emergencies. Every response is guided by the understanding that behind every job is a family, business, or organization counting on a fast, professional solution.

In addition to serving residential and commercial customers throughout Monroe, West Monroe, and surrounding communities, the franchise has developed extensive experience managing large commercial and industrial losses. Their team regularly responds to major property claims across Louisiana and Arkansas and deploys throughout the Southeast following hurricanes, tornadoes, and other severe weather events.

Backed by highly trained professionals, advanced drying and restoration equipment, and the resources of the nationwide SERVPRO network, SERVPRO of Monroe/West Monroe is equipped to handle losses of any size. Whether responding to a small residential water leak or coordinating a large-scale disaster recovery project, their mission remains the same today as it was in 1996: to serve others by restoring homes, businesses, and peace of mind.
