Meet Our Team

Franchise Owner, Louisiana Managing Partner

Don has been a part of the SERVPRO^®; family since 1996. In those early days, Don and his partner Ed Aydlett owned franchises in Monroe, LA, Shreveport, New Orleans and Little Rock. In 2019, Ed’s son Brandon purchased the Little Rock operations from Ed and with Don, expanded the operational footprint to include Cabot, Pine Bluff, Saline County and Hot Springs. Don also remains the franchise owner in Monroe, Shreveport, Bossier City, and Natchez, MS. His years of teaching continuing education classes in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, ethics, and other classes have made him a familiar and popular face to Louisiana insurance agents and adjusters.

Franchise Owner

Corbin has spent his whole life in and around SERVPRO^®;. After returning to college he decided to go into business with his father and carry on the family legacy.

In his spare time he loves to cook, golf, and spend time with his wife and two kids.

Chief Operating Officer

Melissa is the Chief Operating Officer for our investment group. She works alongside our managing partners and leads our financial department that oversees our entire franchise group.

Controller

Darlene Hodge works directly with our senior management team and heads up our financial department. She has been with the SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe team since December of 2022.

General Manager

Steve Whipple is the General Manager at SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe. As General Manager, Steve oversees the entire operation including production, office administration and marketing. Steve holds various certifications from SERVPRO^®; Industries for water and fire damage restoration and is also certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Lead Certification, Commercial Drying Certification, Subrogation Level I Certification, and completed a ten hour OSHA class for job safety procedures. He enjoys hunting, exercising, working in his yard and spending time with his family. Steve has a reputation as an early riser and is always the first person in the office every day. His passion to help people during their time of need keeps him motivated and on the job every day.

Project/Operations Consultant

Damien “Hutch” Hutchinson has been with the company since 2014. He holds SERVPRO^®; certifications in Crew Training, Fire Damage Restoration, Water Certification and Upholstery Cleaning Certifications. The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) also certify him for Water Damage Restoration Technician, Lead Certification and Applied Structural Drying. He enjoys helping SERVPRO^®; customers during their time of need and in his spare time enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his family.

Commercial/Large Loss Account Executive

Matt heads up our sales operation here at SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe. He is also certified to take asbestos samples for testing and plays a key role in assessing large losses.

Director of Estimating

Caroline directs our estimating department. If you have requested an estimate a job, it will go across Caroline's desk. She has been with SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe since 2018.

IT Director/Lead Estimator

Morgan handles all of our IT concerns and heads up our estimating team. While you may not see her in person, she plays a pivotal role on our team.

Estimator

Erica Purderer is a member of our estimating team. She works with team members across our franchise locations. She has been with the company since the beginning of 2023.

Human Resources

Jewel works in our Human Resources Department here at SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe. She has been with us since March of 2022 and handles our internal operations.

Accountant

Stormie is one of our accountants in our financial department and she has been with SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe since 2022. We are very grateful for all of her hard work.

Production Manager

Jackie is one of our Production Managers on staff. She manages our crews and oversees the progress of jobs from beginning to end. She has been with us since 2023.

Tyler is one of our Production Mangers here at SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe. He holds certifications from the IICRC and has been a member of our team since July of 2022.

Crew Chief

Shane Snyder is a Crew Chief with SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe. This means that Shane is responsible for completing each job he is assigned and managing the crew that works with him. The Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certify Shane for Water Damage Restoration. Shane says his favorite part of working at SERVPRO is being able to help people when they have a emergency in their homes or businesses.

Sigourney Palmer works as one of our Crew Chiefs. She oversees our technicians as they work on job sites. She ensures that the correct processes and steps are taken throughout the process.

Kieachia Holcomb is one of our crew chiefs. She works very hard to oversee our crews and communicate with our customers. She is very compassionate and cares about helping others.

David Wallace is one of our crew chiefs. He has worked at SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe since March of 2022. He has a wealth of experience that extends beyond our company and we are thankful for his expertise.

This is Ryan Arnold, he is one of our crew chiefs here at SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe. He is IICRC certified and has been with us since May of 2023.

Steven Williamson has been with SERVPRO of Monroe/West Monroe since October of 2020. He has lots of experience in the restoration field and is a IICRC certified technician.

Earl Barber is one of our field technicians, he has worked for SERVPRO^®; of Monroe/West Monroe since 2022. He is very friendly and brings lot of positive energy with him everywhere he goes.
