I had such a great experience thanks to Zach & Tristian! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork—you could tell they take pride in their work. They were respectful, communicated clearly, and left everything better than they found it. Servpro of Deridder,LA came to my help with an overflowed tub. I was panicked and unsure what I needed to do. I immediately spoke with Mrs. Pat, she is a truly wonderful woman. She told me what I needed to do first. We got a crew out and they came in and got right to work. Once the damage from the water was dried out comes the next phase. This company can come back and restore the damage too. They walk you through each step, so that you aren’t left to it alone. This experience has been so much better having someone there to hold your hand. Having your home flood is never going to be easy to deal with, but having the right help is essential, Servpro of Deridder has been that for us. The crew was kind and respectful. They didn’t stand around, they had a lot of really hard work to do, and they did with a great attitude. Can’t say enough about how they handled it for us. The customer service of this company, specifically from April & Will, is unmatched. From day 1, their response and work ethic was outstanding and I recommend them for any and all water mitigation & construction services. Even while fighting with the insurance company, they remained patient and helpful. I hope I never require water mitigation and construction work for the sake of my home (and bank account), but I will certainly utilize their services again. This is my second time using ServPro Deridder and these guys did a good job both time. Mr Eddie and his guys were very professional, answered all my questions and did superb work on my kitchen remodel. I will definitely be using this company again.
