Jorge and Tyler were very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the situation and what services were going to be provided. Jorge did daily follow ups and updates and answered any and all questions we had.
Servpro was called out to our home after our water heater had leaked in our attic into a hall bathroom and onto our hardwood floors. Tom, George and Maria arrived promptly on time with smiles on their faces and all were very professional and very pleasant. All of our questions were answered and they all were very knowledgeable about their jobs and the process of what needed to be done. We were put to ease knowing that no mold had occurred due to their quick actions. Overall we are very pleased with the work so far that has been done. I came home from vacation and was horrified to see that part of my house had standing water! After contacting my insurance company.,they put me in contact with Servpro of Baton Rouge. Jorge and Landon put me totally at ease and calmed my fears. They very professionally assessed what needed to be immediately done and were very clear on what steps will be taken next. Jorge spoke to his boss and the insurance adjuster to make sure everyone is on the same page. They set everything up for the night, cleaned up before they left and gave me a time they will be back in the morning - to be preceeded with a phone call before they come. Very professional, very calming and very much appreciated!
