SERVPRO of Ascension Parish

I just recently had to call upon ServePro for the first time ever in my 20+ years of home ownership. I had no clue of what to do or what comes next BUT when George and his helper showed up at my house, he made the whole thing easy to understand and truly went the extra mile to make this difficult time much easier. I hope i don't need to call them again, but should I have too, George and ServePro have my eternal gratitude, thanks and business.

It was a pleasure to have Fernando, Jorge and Maria in my home. Those 3 were a blessing to me. They are dedicated, thorough, friendly and they did an awesome job. If I had to choose them over again, they would be the ones. If I had to recommend anyone, they would be the ones that I would HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Servpro for sending them to help me. I am grateful and thankful for the 3.

Fernando and Tyler were both polite and professional. Really appreciate them having a good attitude as they got to work, even though it was the middle of a Sunday afternoon.

Jorge and Tyler were very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the situation and what services were going to be provided. Jorge did daily follow ups and updates and answered any and all questions we had.

Servpro was called out to our home after our water heater had leaked in our attic into a hall bathroom and onto our hardwood floors. Tom, George and Maria arrived promptly on time with smiles on their faces and all were very professional and very pleasant. All of our questions were answered and they all were very knowledgeable about their jobs and the process of what needed to be done. We were put to ease knowing that no mold had occurred due to their quick actions. Overall we are very pleased with the work so far that has been done. There are also fans in our attic that I did not take pictures of.

Jerome was thorough, efficient, and very friendly. He explained every step of the process. More importantly, he treated us like friends he wanted to help instead of just another job. He knew this was a difficult situation for us. That level of kindness and understanding in our moment of need has earned our business for life.

I came home from vacation and was horrified to see that part of my house had standing water! After contacting my insurance company.,they put me in contact with Servpro of Baton Rouge. Jorge and Landon put me totally at ease and calmed my fears. They very professionally assessed what needed to be immediately done and were very clear on what steps will be taken next. Jorge spoke to his boss and the insurance adjuster to make sure everyone is on the same page. They set everything up for the night, cleaned up before they left and gave me a time they will be back in the morning - to be preceeded with a phone call before they come. Very professional, very calming and very much appreciated!

George Fernando Anthony did provide awesome service today. Will recommend to all my friends we'll see them back soon
