We had a kitchen fire at our property on a Wednesday early morning and the Fire Department left at 2PM after soaking the apartment down. I thought we wouldn't be able to get anyone here because of the late hour to start the clean up. However, I have had a contact named Sam at SERVPRO who helped me out at my last apartment community and texted him immediately, praying until I saw the 3 dots (meaning he saw and was responding). Sam was able to get a crew out with in 1 1/2 hours to get the water all cleaned up for us and start the remediation process. This helped save the unit from the inevitable mold that would have started. I can't thank them enough for their quick response and professionalism throughout this process. Sam...you deserve a raise!
