Meet Our Team

Jason has been the Owner and President of SERVPRO Team Phillips/Smith for over 20 years. Jason takes great pride in excellent service and ethical work. He and his wife, Jessica, have four children and are currently growing their family through international adoption. The Phillips formed Story Changers in 2014, a non-profit organization, that supports over 100 vulnerable children in East Africa. They reside on a farm in Jessamine County.

Jeff Smith is the co-owner of SERVPRO Team Phillips/Smith. He has been with SERVPRO for over 10 years. He spent 3.5 years with SERVPRO corporate in the Large Loss Division. In 2012 SERVPRO created large regional commercial teams called Extreme Teams. He then left corporate and oversaw the extreme team based out of Effingham, Illinois. He joined Jason Phillips as a co-owner in January of 2015. He is married to Jill Smith and they have 4 children together. In his free time Jeff enjoys fishing and coaching baseball.

Executive Vice President-

Larry has been with SERVPRO since 2014. Larry has his WRT certification from the IICRC. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife, Erin, and 3 children, Kendall, Drew and Brayden.

Vice President of Operations -

Wes joined SERVPRO in 2022. He entered the restoration industry in 2020 after spending two decades in operations management within the home improvement and retail sectors. Guided by a philosophy of servant leadership, Wes is dedicated to building strong relationships and foundations for quality and service excellence across the SERVPRO Team Phillips/Smith organization. He and his wife, Missy McCarty, live in Berea, Kentucky, and are proud parents of three daughters, Madison, Ella, and Ava. Outside of work, Wes enjoys music, sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Controller-

Emily has been with SERVPRO for over 10 years. She handles customer accounts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks. She enjoys working with the customers and insurance companies. She is WRT certified by the IICRC. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Dudley, and her kids Will, Jaxon, and Georgia.

Office Manager-

Rebecca has been with SERVPRO since February 2020. Before working at SERVPRO, Rebecca was a pastry chef for 10 years.

Her favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is helping customers and building connections.

She loves spending time with her husband and son and finding new things to do in Lexington!

Restoration Contents Manager-

Becky has been at SERVPRO for over 12 years and has the IICRC certifications in water and fire restoration. Helping people during some of their most stressful moments is what she loves most about the job. When she's not working, you'll find her on the lake, enjoying nature, or painting.

Commercial Division Manager-

Abe joined SERVPRO in 2018 and is a graduate of Georgetown College. He is dedicated to providing exceptional service and leadership within the SERVPRO team. Outside the office, Abe enjoys family life with his wife, Kelsey, and their four children, and is actively involved in youth baseball.

Senior Commercial Project Manager-

Tyler has been in the industry for over 2 years in the commercial marketing aspect of things. He is a University of Kentucky graduate with a BS degree in Agriculture with an emphasis on natural resources conservation and management. Tyler is married with 3 children. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, other outdoor activities and making memories

Senior Commercial Project Manager-

Travis has been in the restoration industry since 2012. He started at SERVPRO in 2016. He is ASD and WRT certified. His favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is meeting new people every day.

Senior Commercial Project Manager-

Ryan started working at SERVPRO as a Mitigation Technician in January 2018. He now specializes in writing mold and bio hazard estimates. Ryan enjoys the refreshing environment and doing something different everyday. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking and camping.

Estimator-

Andrew has been with SERVPRO since August 2017. He is married with four kids. When he is not working, he enjoys being with his family and watching his children play sports. He enjoys his job because he gets the opportunity to help people everyday.

Estimator-

Roland started at SERVPRO in September 2020 as an Estimator. He has a background in restoration and has worked in the industry for 12 years. His favorite thing about the job is being able to help people during a crisis. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his wife and three kids.

Cameron played college baseball at Midway University. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golf, and watching UK sports.
