We had a water damage from frozen pipes in the bathroom. The wall and the floor were involved. Tyler Hicks was so professional and reassuring and did a great job!
I had water damage from a frozen pipe recently. Tyler Hicks came out to assess the damage for me. He was extremely professional and compassionate. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, and he patiently addressed each one.
I had some mold concerns and a newborn on the way, so I needed to take action ASAP. SERVPRO did an excellent job not only responding quickly to my request, but with the scheduling, servicing, and cleanup of the problem area. Couldn't have asked for better assistance from the likes of Tandi, Klay, David, and Kaden. Throughout the process they were respectful of not only my property, but also of my time with their prompt communication. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
