Meet Our Team

Barbara Cook is an owner of SERVPRO Pittsburg, Fort Scott. She was the original account manager for the Carthage, Joplin franchise. She became the owner for SERVPRO Carthage, Joplin in 1986 with her husband Greg Cook. Together they built this franchise from the ground up. They spend days and nights doing it all. They have crafted their family business into what it is today. Barbara enjoys spoiling her grandkids and spending time with her husband.

Greg Cook is the founder and first owner of SERVPRO Pittsburg, Fort Scott. Greg has over 30 years of experience in the restoration, cleaning, and construction business. When Greg is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and grandkids.

Zachary Sloan is Co-Owner of SERVPRO Pittsburg, Fort Scott who also helps manages the Reconstruction department. He has earned certifications including Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Fire Damage Restoration Technician, and Odor Control from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). When Zach isn't at the office, he enjoys spending time at the Parsons golf course or spending time with his family!

Megan Sloan is another Co-Owner of SERVPRO Pittsburg, Fort Scott. She is also our company controller. Megan is the daughter of owners Greg and Barbara Cook. She has been apart of the SEVRPO franchise from the very beginning. When out of the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Stefani is our Office Manager . She has been with the SERVPRO family since 2025. She coordinates with our project managers to ensure our crews are well taken care of and prepared to give our customers A+ quality service. Stefani has a strong commitment to organization and excellence when it comes to customer service. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being plugged in with her community and church.

Paige Lown is our Marketing / Account Manager. She has been with the company since 2025. She is an ambassador with the Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Pittsburg Area Young Professionals, and is also a committed member to the Pittsburg Noon Rotary Club. Paige can be found involved in community networking groups, educating on our services. When she is not planning events or educating, she can be found at the ball parks with her family or spending time with her friends.

Bryan Morris is the Restoration Project Manager at SERVPRO of Pittsburg, Fort Scott. He has been in the restoration industry since 2009 and 9 of those years have been cherished with SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning Technician, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration. Bryan, being a born and raised in Baxter Springs, enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and watching The Blues hockey.

Tyler Hicks is a Water Restoration Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Pittsburg, Fort Scott. He has 5+ years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Shane has been with SERVPRO Pittsburg, Fort Scott for over 3 years now. He works hard every day as our Reconstruction Manager, leading our recon crew to success and ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their projects. Shane spends his spare time floating on the creek, fishing and enjoying one on one time with nature.

Jonathan is our amazing Warehouse / Content Operations Supervisor! He works hard and helps keep our operations in the warehouse organized. Jon is a huge Chiefs fan, but most recently became a Pitt State football fan due to his son joining the PSU football team.

Cody is a carpenter on our reconstruction crew. He has been with the SERVPRO family for over 2 years. Cody is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness of our customers. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting!

Ethan is a carpenter on our reconstruction team. He has been with SERVPRO for over 3 years now. He is an asset to our team, and we appreciate all he does for our customers. Ethan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family!

Jay is another great team member of our reconstruction department. He has an extensive skill set that really enhances our business. Jay recently became a father and is enjoying his new life as a dad.

Charles is one of our amazing Water Restoration Supervisor in our water department. He has been a part of the SEVRPRO family for 2 years. He leads our crews from job to job and ensures all processes and systems are followed appropriately and ensures customer satisfaction upon completion of jobs. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family.

David is our Mold Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Carthage/Joplin. He also handles our mold department. David has been apart of the SERVPRO family for 3 years now. When David is not working, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Avery has recently joined the team as a Water Restoration Tech. Since joining the team this year, he has gone above and beyond to ensure our community is well taken care of. Truly going into every situation with the expectation that he will leave the job "Like it never even happened".

Tandi Jones is the Fire Restoration Project Manager. She has been with the SERVPRO family for a decade. Tandi is IICRC certified and has her certifications in Odor Control, Fire, Smoke and Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Trauma. When she is not out saving the world from smoke and fire damage, she can be found at a camp site with her friends or off roading in her Jeep.

Shanobi is a Fire Restoration Tech for SERVPRO of Pittsburg, Fort Scott. She works hard to get our remediation and restoration jobs done quickly.

Khali is our Fire Restoration Supervisor. Her position is unique, and we are lucky to have her be a part of the team at SERVPRO of Pittsburg, Fort Scott.

Alyssa is one of our amazing Technicians at SERVPRO of Pittsburg, Fort Scott. She is also one of our most tenured employees here at SERVPRO. Alyssa has been with the company for over two decades. She works hard to get the job done quickly. When Alyssa is away from the office, she likes to cheer her daughter on during her golfing events. GO TIGERS!

Juanita is a Content Technician on our team. She is an efficient team member and we are lucky to have her on the SERVPRO of Pittsburg, Fort Scott team.
