When the City main sewer backed up into our basement, the owner of Servpro (Northwest) Charlie, Richard and their team were very thorough and quick to help us remedy this problem. There is no odor and once the flooring is replaced in the basement, you will never know this happened to us. We are both very thankful for Servpro for their quick clean up, sanitation, Ozone treatment and Carpet removal. This was a very traumatic situation and they helped us out big-time . Kim & Brett Hart

Anthony and his crew are incredible! I had mold and water intrusion in my crawlspace and they got everything removed, cleaned, and reinstalled in record time despite the terrible working conditions. They're punctual, have great communication, the price is very fair, and their work quality is second to none. They saved my house and I couldn't be more thankful and impressed!
